Carl
Frink was a self-made man with little formal education. He
educated himself by being alert to the world around him and by
always reading books. A man of vision and ability, he created
a company which gained an international reputation for manufacturing
snow removal equipment.
Mr. Frink's daughter, Grace Louise Reinman, established a scholarship
at the Foundation in her father's memory. The Carl H. Frank Scholarship
is awarded to graduates of Thousand Islands Central School who will pursue
an education in mechanical or technical fields.
You too can count on
the Northern New York Community Foundation to turn caring into commitment. We
make it easy to be a philanthropist now and for generations to come.
