Up to $10,000 Available from the Garrett W. Loomis Firefighters Fund of the Northern New York Community Foundation<\/i><\/span><\/h3>\n

\u00a0\u00a0<\/span> \u00a0 <\/span>WATERTOWN \u2014 <\/b>A funding opportunity to support fire safety education and training across Northern New York is now available to fire departments serving Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence counties.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>The Garrett W. Loomis Firefighters Fund<\/b> of the Northern New York Community Foundation will award up to $10,000 this fall to enhance fire education and training across the region. This opportunity is presented in collaboration with the Garrett W. Loomis Foundation.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>The goal of this grant program is to assist area fire departments with funding to augment fire education and training that helps their organization prepare, grow and protect the communities they serve.<\/p>\n
