Members of the Class of 2024 who Live in St. Lawrence and Franklin Counties Encouraged to Apply by April 1
MASSENA — Air Products, in partnership with the Northern New York Community Foundation, announced today a $25,000 grant from the Air Products Foundation to support the establishment of the Air Products Greater Massena Scholarship Fund.
Scholarships of up to $5,000 per applicant are available to students who live in St. Lawrence or Franklin counties who are applying for admission in any year of study to a college or university, or vocational, technical, or trade school. Students pursuing all avenues of education, including adult learning, are encouraged to apply for the scholarships, though special consideration will be given to students pursuing STEM education, skilled trade sciences, or expressing a specific interest in environmental conservation or clean energy.

Our team felt there was no better way of expressing that commitment than through the growth and support of a highly skilled workforce that will help sustain the Massena community for generations to come,” said Trip Oliver, director of government and community relations at Air Products.
Air Products has partnered with the Community Foundation to oversee administration of the fund and manage its awards.

The scholarship application is now open. Students who live in St. Lawrence and Franklin counties who plan to continue their education are encouraged to apply through the Community Foundation’s scholarship portal. Applications are due by Monday, April 1, 2024.
